Pantone, "the global authority on color and provider of professional color standards for the design industries" has released its Fashion Color Report Spring 2009! Looking at the top ten colors I see some urban-like colors. While some of the colors have a hint of dullness to them, the colors are crossed by flashy colors--like that mustard yellow that you have seen around.
