Boots

I love boots.  Any kind of boot will do: heeled boots, leather boots, Ugg boots.  They look good on everyone and can be incredibly comfortable.  And there are so many different types that you can pair them with any outfit.  A pair of skinny jeans with a sweater and Ugg boots work for any day.  A pencil skirt, tights, and a blouse look great with heeled ankle booties.  Skinny jeans, a plaid button down, and cowboy boots look adorable together.  One of my favorite outfits is skinny jeans, a basic tank top, a leather biker jacket, and leather knee high boots – very rocker chic.

Ugg-like boots:  I think these are the comfiest footwear ever invented.  They have a faux fur lining which acts as insulation to keep your little toes warm, and they have a suede-like outside, which adds a soft finish.  They are versatile and adorable.  You can pair them with anything from skinnies and a sweater to a sweater dress and tights.

Cowboy boots:  These boots are one of my favorites.  They are so fashion forward, but they are somewhat difficult to make look good.  I always think they look cuter when they have a slight heel, only a couple inches is necessary.  The only pants I think they work with are skinnies, which is part of the reason they can be so difficult to make look good. That style of jeans doesn’t look good on everyone.  As for shirts, my favorite thing to pair them with are flannel, plaid, and button downs.  It’s incredibly cute country.

Leather boots:  Ahh, a biker’s dream.  These are another kind of boot that I completely adore.  And again, they are just so versatile!  You could go full on rebel with a leather jacket, a white tank top, dark ripped skinny jeans, and the boots.  Or you could put a rough finish onto a feminine look – maybe a flowy floral dress with leather boots and a leather jacket?  Yes, I think that would look very nice.

Ankle booties:  Don’t even get me started on how much I love this kind of shoe.  They can literally go with just about anything. Jeans and a sweater? Sure.  Pencil skirt and a blouse? Of course!  Cocktail dress? Obviously.  Sweater dress? All day every day.  You name it; it works.  That only things it doesn’t work with are sweat pants or yoga pants.

This is just the beginning of the boots era.  I can guarantee you that this loveable fad will not be a one hit wonder and will actually last quite a while.  Not to mention make numerous reappearances.  These are only my favorite four kinds of boots.  I think if I told you about every single kind of boot that I like, you would be reading this article for centuries.  Just remember that if the outfit is cute as it is, it will almost always be cuter with boots.
