End of the Summer Sales: Bathing Suits

If I am going to buy a bathing suit at this time of the year, I like to go to the places I usually can’t afford.  My first stop is usually Victoria’s Secret.  During the spring and summer their bathing suits are so expensive, but at the end of the summer they reach a more reasonable price.  What is sometimes up to $100 for a bathing suit is way down.  I once got a top and a bottom for about $20.  I would call that a steal.  Their bathing suits are also incredibly cute, not to mention trustworthy.  If you get fitted, they typically fit perfectly.  Plus, they’re sturdy, they can last you a long time.

Another place I often like to check out is Aerie.  They usually aren’t that expensive during the rest of the year, but they go on crazy sale at the end of the summer.  They are a total steal.  They are typically true to size, and are great for teenagers as they have just about any size available.  They are cute and come in all different styles.  For more coverage to less, they should have everything you’re looking for.

I also like to stop by Target.  Target is always fairly cheap, so I come here for a steal at the end of the summer.  Target can be the most difficult for sizing, however.  They are not always true to size, so when trying on suits I get my normal size, as well as one up and one down.  They do have lots of different styles and fits.

End of the summer shopping can be tricky, you never know when you’re going to grow because our bodies are never truly done changing, but if it is a good enough steal, I think it is worth the chance.
