woman at work (400x400)Finding inexpensive suit separates is not always an easy feat, especially if you are looking for a good fit. But New York & Company offers several different items, often with generous discounts if you buy more than one piece at a time, so that you can create an office look for less. Here are some of my favorite pieces, and some are currently marked down.

Bleeker Street Solid Pencil Skirt

Every office wardrobe should have at least one pencil skirt. They are flattering to so many figures and pair up well with a suit jacket and convert well into an after office look. I love this solid pencil skirt in black, but it also comes in brown, white and with a variety of patterns. One skirt is $46.95, and if you want to buy more than one, the second one is 50% off.

7th Avenue Suiting Collection  Black Jacket

This adorable little black blazer can easily be paired with a cute pair of trousers, a pencil skirt, or even a pair of jeans. It’s got two buttons, and darts for a fitted, flattering look. Marked down to just over $40, this is a bargain. The jacket is available in other colors, check out the red one if you are looking to spice things up a bit.

Crosby Street Straight Leg Pant in Tweed

Can you believe you can get these tweed pants for only $18.00 and not a penny more? I know, it seems too good to be true. But these form fitting tweed suit pants are not only comfortable, they are a great addition to your suit wardrobe.  Pair them with a matching tweed jacket and get an entire tween suit for less than $100, a real steal. Yes, this may not be the best suit for the spring, but stash it away until the early autumn and you will be good to go.

Abstract Circle Print Sheath Dress

Looking for a cute dress to wear to the office? Look no further. This black and white number can be paired with a jacket or is classy enough to wear on its own. With a high neckline and a skirt that reaches just above the knee, this dress will work at more conservative offices, but the pattern is fun and flirty.

Pin-tuck tie front shirt

This fun blouse comes in a variety of colors and has a cloth belt that cinches in the middle for a flattering look that will stun if you take your jacket off after a rough day at the office. With its buy one, 50% off the second deal, you can add a couple of these to your wardrobe.
