Prom is coming in fast, so if you aren’t ready yet, you need to be. By now you should hopefully have a dress and if you need alterations done at least know where they will be done. If you don’t have a dress get to a local boutique, David’s Bridal, or even Macy’s as soon as possible. At this point don’t shop for what looks good, just grab anything left in your size. Even if it looks hideous on the hanger try it on. It may surprise you. Many dresses look LOL worthy on the hanger, but it transforms into the most gorgeous dress you’ve ever seen when you put it on. At this point, just shop with your mom or alone. If you like the dress, that is all that matters, and your friends’ opinions may just make this last minute dress buying even more difficult. If you aren’t 100% in love with your dress, unless you’re a senior, remember that there is always next year. And if you are only a junior, or a sophomore, it isn’t worth spending hundreds of dollars on a dress.
