As summer rolls to an end and fall turns leaves over, don’t forget your sunblock. While the air may be turning crisp, the sun is not backing down. Not only is sun exposure not the best for your skin, you can still get burned. Just the other day (the 5th) I got burned at my high school’s football game. Even when it isn’t hot out, you can still burn and get bad sun exposure. In fact, sunblock is a necessity year round. Whether it is winter, spring, summer, or fall, the first thing you should do in your morning routine when you get ready is apply sunblock. Nothing crazy is needed, even a simple moisturizer or tinted moisturizer with 30 SPF is fine, but be sure you get it in somehow.
